Cameron Henderson CEO

From a young age, Cameron has grown a love for property development and construction. Cameron graduated from Georgia Tech majoring in Industrial Engineering. He founded and ran Henderson Contracting, a general contracting firm that has worked in the multi-family construction and renovation space with some of the biggest owner-developers in the Southeast. Cameron’s understanding of multiple facets of real estate development and construction enables Atlas Development to create or add value to land holdings in a variety of ways, but always rooted in honesty to his partners, clients, and the buyers/sellers gracious enough to engage in transactions with Atlas.

Charles Mixon Land Acquisition Manager

Charles specializes in identifying and securing both off-market and on-market land opportunities within the North Atlanta region. His primary focus lies in negotiating and executing contracts for strategically located properties. Before joining Atlas in 2022, Charles served as a land acquisition analyst for Jim Chapman Communities, where he identified land throughout the Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee markets.

Matthew Boudreau GIS Mapping Specialist

Matthew specializes in developing proprietary digital mapping for Atlas which streamlines the underwriting and due diligence procedures for prospective deals, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.  Before joining Atlas, he worked in retail and shipping. Matthew received a bachelor of environmental science with a concentration in Geology from UTK as well as a GIS certification and Environmental Spatial Analysis degree from UNG.
